went for a covid test, was greeted by a nice young lady by the name of Melissa who helped me check in and made me feel more relaxed for the test she made me laugh and just feel welcomed! The gentleman that did my swab was very nice as well i believe his name was Terrel. I highly recommend this establishment.

Having seen a Doctor who had no…

Having seen a Doctor who had no sympathy for me when I fell following his instructions, BetterMed was a joy with which to deal. The Doctor who saw me checked me over and had me be given x-rays for any possible breaks. It was found that I had a sprain in my right foot area. It took about two weeks for it to heal. The fact that it was a sprain was a great relief. I will never go back to the indifferent Doctor.

My weekend visits

Twice in the past two months I found myself needing emergency care on a weekend. Since my doctor wouldn't open until Monday morning, I was glad that I remembered Better Care was open to help. Twice, I've needed xrays,once on my foot and the second on my wrist. I was quickly taken care of by dedicated staff and was able to go home, confident that my care was as thorough and professional as it would have been by my regular physician.

It was easy process to reserve my Covid-19 test appointment and receive the results in a timely manner.

It was a great experience

It was a great experience. We were on vacation when our 2 year old started not feeling well. There was no wait and we were checked in immediately and put into a room. The doctor was thorough and detailed. The longest time we waited was just for the COVID test to come back and they gave my son a lollipop to distract him from the wait. I will definitely come back if we need urgent care on vacation!

Very caring people and just what you need when you can't get to a doctor and don't need to go to the emergency room. They are filling a great need. Every time myself or a family memeber have used them, we have gotten great care and people who care!

Swelling in my face & then body prompted me to seek help.

With a sudden swelling in my face & then other parts of my body during the night I knew I needed to get this checked out. I called my regular Dr. and she was not in that day. You were close by and so I came to you clinic. I quickly checked in and received attention immediately. Although the DR. was not sure what caused the problem he was quick to determine what would help the situation. He gave an injection of what I understood was Benadril & steroids. Then he prescribed the Prednisone Tablets and called my pharmacy with the prescription which I picked up right away. I still do not know what caused the outbreak but things quickly came back to normal. I was amazed. This was the first time in my 86 years to be given steriods of any form. A few days later I realized the side benefits as my constant back pain was gone!. Amazing!. Unfortunately the meds the Dr. ordered are apparently out of my system as the back pain is back. I guess I need to talk to my Dr. about that! Thanks again to the Dr. and the staff for their quick and professional attention to my problem.
