This has really been a great experience as this is such a tough thing to do but Beyond Financial have been in contact with me at every step. They have done everything as advertised and been very supportive! This is still difficult because I feel like I have failed but I know Beyond Financial has my back!

I filled out a form for assistance, and within not even 45 seconds, i got a phone call from a team member. He was professional, sweet, informative, and understanding. He was able to explain everything ti me so i didnt have very many questions!

I have been trying to get a statement…
I have been trying to get a statement that includes the total balance on one of my accounts. They do not provide it and customer service was unable to help me include the debt by using a statement for each purchase, as this is how the company provides statements. Pretty frustrating.
