My experience was great because…
My experience was great because essentially I allowed Beyond Finance to guide me by helping me to get out of debt. Beyond Finance also helped me to be more careful with finances and to stick to a payment plan each month. Everyone is helpful and willing to answer all questions, especially if I was worried about the process or needed next steps guidance. A wonderful team to work with especially when I was stressed about the future.

Lost all trust
Unfortunately, everything I was told in the sales and account setup process was a lie. I was scheduled for an affordable monthly amount that would go into an account from which payments would be drawn from and all creditors would be on board within eight months within that amount. Now, almost two years in, I've been sued by two creditors, my savings are drained from having to add thousands into the account to cover payments "negotiated" higher than the monthly deposit, and now legal fees are draining the monthly account balance before creditor payments. They have failed on 2 occasions to negotiate a lower payment before legal action was taken, and one account I had to pay the full amount of the negotiated settlement. Then, of course, getting calls from different agents notifying me that the previous agent screwed up and I'm needed to add a couple of hundred more to the account after approving a couple of thousand dollar deposits. Now I'm locked into this process with more debt yet to be negotiated. I've lost all trust in this company and their process, especially since I was originally 'pre-approved' for a consolidation loan that would have made the whole process simple and affordable. But then, they would not have gotten additional legal fees paid for their inept handling of my account.
