Good onboarding system. Good communication upfront, but dwindled after a month. Yes, everything is in the app and explained; however, hearing from a person once in awhile would be helpful.
Was told one account would be offered first, but first proposal came from a different company - no one explained that to me. Actually when I had called, I was told something different. But it was a positive surprise to get that offer!
You have to be ready to let your credit tank! Very hard for someone who has never done that or been below “good” credit score! That’s been my most challenging task to do…ignore emails/calls from the three companies I had debt with. Make sure you freeze those accounts. If you need a CC to continue life, then open before you begin too far down this road. I was moving, so I needed some small amount of credit and I’m paying back ahead of schedule.
Yes, this system works, but you just have to be willing to be patient and let them do their thing!

They said it would take around three to six months for the first resolution.and it's been three months. It make it a little more easier to breathe knowing that I made the right dicision by choosing Beyond.
The person who helped me was awesome.
Explained everything so thoroughly, answered my questions, eased my fears of stopping payments. He had great empathy and was nonjudgmental. Understood the shame folks have with these kinds of situations. I appreciated his words very much. I'm just starting, though, so can't review results yet!
