My order was fulfilled promptly; that's good. I found a bike seat that I hope my girlfriend likes. Can't really rate the seat quality or comfort, because it's a present, and the jury is still out.

Too slow to ship. I didn't get the seat in time for my vacation. I thought it would arrive in time with USPS priority shipping. But it took three days after I made the order, for the company to even ship the seat out.

This is my 3rd seat after extensive research. I finally found one that is comfortable and doesn't hurt no matter how much riding I do. No more aching pain and my husband even tried my bike out so he sample the seat and plants go buy one. Excellent seat!!
Bad company, bad policy , big mistake
I bought a seat for my bike I did not like it. I want to return it but they have so many stipulations for the return it’s crazy. You have to write them and ask for a return, have to have the original package and packing slip, there is a restocking fee. After I got the seat I was sick for two weeks before trying it out. I have contacted them to ask for a return no answer from them. So I spent $65 for a seat I will never use. Save your money go to Amazon at least there you got a great chance of getting your money back.

The description of the bike seat was accurate. The packaging was good and received earlier than I estimated. The seat supports the sit bones which saves wear and stress on other sensitive areas.
Awesome seat cover
I tried several seat covers, and this one was far the best! Others state their seat cover is thick, but the gel is hard. This seat cover gives great cushion.
