No phone working to call customer service. Hasn't answered 4 email inquiries on the order. Has not shipped or provided an update since order placed on 21 July. They get your money right away and then nothing happens.

I did receive my bike seat in about two weeks. It was in perfect condition. sometimes an item you order will be damaged due to poor packing. Not this order. I would have given them a 5 star rating but they gave me no email letting me know my seat had been shipped and when. They are a small company so I guess it is difficult for them to give big company service..

Love my new bike seat!
The seat I bought is amazing and so comfortable. It will make all of my bike rides a joy from start to finish. Disappointed that the seat cover I bought is too small to fit over the seat despite it being the largest one they sell. They did refund me the price which was great though. Excellent customer service! Would certainly shop here again and recommend it as a source for comfy bicycle seats.

I purchased a Cloud 9 seat from them because I saw there was a 30 day return policy. The delivery was fast, and the seat was great looking, and had a great feel to it. However the nose of the seat was too long for me and it made it very difficult to get off the seat and off the bike. I contacted them for a refund, got a refund number and packed everything up in the original packaging. Post office weighs it, measures it and “WHAT” $27.50 to ship it back. I paid $54.95 for the seat so I only get half my money back. I do not like this one bit.
