Second time I've ordered from them

Second time I've ordered bike seat covers. First was stationary bike with large seat. Cover is great. Just received second order for two recreational bikes. They fit nicely but have not ridden with them yet. It's nice to have a range of sizes.

I was puzzled that the post on the adapter plate did not fit into the opening on the clamp which we fitted onto the bike seat. My husband had to take everything to a machine shop to get the clamp opened enough to slide onto the post on the plate. It ended up working for my seat for an added cost of $20.

The seat adapter fit fine on our C1 stationary bike but the bolts were too small to feel confident that they would hold the weight over a long period of use. The tools provided were useless.

Good product, accurately described

Product specifications were as stated. The cushion fits a very large bike seat. The ordering process was easy and the delivery timely.

Out of stock

I ordered the seat on Nov 17 and received it Dec 10. After not hearing anything about a shipping update, I sent an email on the 27th to see if it had been shipped. I received a reply on Dec 2 saying that it had been out of stock but that it was back in stock and that it would be shipped out that day. It would have been nice to have a note on the website saying that it was out of stock so that I would know that it would take a little longer. Or a follow up email saying that it was out of stock. The seat is nice.
