Bigscoots isn't biggest name out there, and that is one of their strengths. You get the most personalized support imaginable. I have gone through many hosting providers, including enterprise solutions, and none of them come close to the stability, performance, and customized support of Bigscoots. I've worked with a lot of hosts in the past two decades or so and BigScoots has been my best experience. I've personally hosted sites there, and worked on probably a 100 other client sites hosted there, and the performance the customer service has always been excellent.
