I was overwhelmed by the professionalism and human touch displayed by Aleks in response to my ticket asking for help with troubleshooting a serious CLS issue (Ticket ID #: 138954). I had spent a long time troubleshooting on my own, including asking for help from BigScoots previously. Never success, always a cookie cutter response. Today Aleks got into it, found the problems, fixed some of them before he responded to me, and was clear and abundant in explanation. If only all businesses had someone like that, who well understood what they do and cared to correct what wwas not functioning well. May all the good he generated be reflected back to him and those he works with.

We've been with BigScoots for 12 years, customer service is exceptional as is support. Polite prompt and efficient. The servers are reliable and downtime is very rare. Support is very, very good, quite dogged and there hasn't been a problem they haven't been able to fix. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Bigscoots does what they are supposed to do and support is usually top notch. Usually. Email system could be better. Been with them for 7 years or more (don't remember exactly the start date) and I appreciate their service.

I have been with Bigscoots as my site host for 5 years. I have never had a bad or even slightly unsettling experience dealing with them.
