Fast delivery an good enclosure information
There was fast delivery and understandable inserts included with my order. What I wish had been high-lighted was the powdered capsules versus the liquid. Swallowing has become a recent issue for me. I was out of my first bottle of Biosil when I opened my new bottle. I was surprised by the difference in size of capsules.

BIOSIL IS A MIRACLE, and I AM A REAL PERSON
First of all, let me say right now that I AM A REAL PERSON. I don't care about my hair or my nails, I have SEVERE joint degeneration and hip dysplasia, and have been in constant excruciating pain for YEARS. I was a marathon runner who wore out her hips in two sections from years of running where there is literally no cartilage left at all in two matching spots. Pain has become a way of life. I've been putting off full double hip replacement surgery for years, hoping that we would get to the point where scientists can generate new cartilage in a joint to help people like me, but we are not there yet. I started taking collagen powder supplements that made me extremely sick and did not help. Then I saw someone talking about BIOSIL on a chat board. For people who had bad reactions to collagen powders. I thought what the hell, I have nothing to lose. I don't care how much it costs, I will try anything. I started taking the BIOSIL pills. I read all of the attack articles about Biosil. I don't care. The only thing I care about is seeing if it would work myself. I don't care about my hair or my wrinkles. There ARE side effects. Yes. I had bad diarreah and stomach pain. Still have it sometimes. And I DO NOT CARE. Because this stuff is DOING SOMETHING TO MY JOINTS.I've been taking this for about 3 months so far, and yes I did notice my thin fingernails have become much harder and bright white instead of flimsy yellowish. I don't care about that. I have noticed there is less hair on my hairbrush falling out. I don't care. This stuff is doing something inside my body that I can't explain and would never have believed it until I felt it myself. It's repairing my cartilage somehow. I can feel every ragged damage part inside my hips. They would lock up and catch with pain so excruciating you would freeze like a deer totally immobile. It STOPPED HAPPENING. I don't know what the hell is going on, but I am AMAZED. I'm allergic to anti-inflammatory drugs so I can't take anything to help me. But this stuff seems to be decreasing the inflammation in my joints, decreasing the pain, that I've been in for DECADES, and lubricating my joints. I AM GAINING BACK A RANGE OF MOTION IN MY HIPS THAT I HAVE NOT HAD FOR 20 YEARS. I'm not making this up. I'm just praying this will continue to work and won't give me cancer or something. This is so incredible what it is doing for my life and my joints that I am actually going to write to the Washu University joint preservation team that created the "Renu" hip implant who is doing their clinical trials right now to replace cartilage in hips and tell them about what is happening to me. For my body, this is nothing short of a MIRACLE.

I am a subscriber to Biosil for the Advanced Collagen Generator. Recently, I received a new bottle that an opened capsule and a tear on another. I had just received a marketing email and just figured I would respond to it with my dilemma. I received an auto response immediately and someone personally responded to me the next day. After sending a pic with the lot number, my only request was two more tablets or a slight delay in my next subscription delivery. I was so pleased to receive another bottle in the mail. I'll be changing the subscription date so there's no overlap. Really grateful for excellent customer service from someone in marketing!! Team effort from Biosil? I'll say!

Be careful with this stuff
Be careful with this stuff. I had a very bad reaction and it gave me migraines immediately and also made my heart have palpitations. Soon after my lymph nodes swelled. That was from just one dose. I am not allergic to Choline and have never had issues with it.

I ordered the drops amd have been using about a month. I have less hair shedding. I have not noticed anything in my skin yet. The drols in water have a fishy taste so its hard to get down.

Even though it has that characteristic smell, the choline is not derived from fish or any other animals. Biosil is completely vegan and free of common allergens. To mask the taste, we suggest mixing your five drops into at least a quarter cup of a flavored beverage like a protein smoothie, juice, or coffee. Caused extreme agitation and restless legs syndrome
I took this product for about 2 weeks and it caused extreme agitation, restless legs syndrome, and sudden pain in my heel when walking. So for people who can't handle higher levels of acetylcholine per their genetics, this product will cause issues for you. I can handle other more natural forms of choline such as sunflower lecithin. This form is a problem. People with different genetics seem to be okay with this product. Just a warning for people who react badly to this to help you figure out why you feel so awful and which supplement is causing it. The day after I stopped taking it I feel better. So it will leave your system quickly when you stop.
