Small pills that are not difficult to swallow. The process of purchasing was easy. I do feel my skin is healthier. I feel my bones are not crackling. My feet don’t hurt. My hair is growing very quickly. I’m not sure I’m im getting new growth. Only one thing, I don’t know how to change my auto ship to a different pill. Website is not easy to navigate through. Can’t find a customer service number.
Your customer support group is excellent and always there for support but I do miss being able to talk to someone in person rather than e-mails! I really miss that part about customer service and sometimes it saddens me that most businesses do not provide a living breathing person to talk to!

After great results with the capsules, I tried the drops. Unfortunately they were the biggest waste of money as they did nothing. I followed the directions of morning and night religiously - and even tried increasing the dosage. Nothing. Very unfortunate to have wasted the money on 2 orders trying the product and giving it the time to make an impact. Do not order the drops

I've known about Biosil for years but finally decided to place an order during a recent sale & I'm so glad that I did! I chose the Biosil drops & it was very easy to incorporate them into my daily routine (5 drops in ¼ cup of fluid twice a day).
