Easy to take drops. They do not taste fantastic so if you are sensitive to taste, this may not be for you to take it straight. I do not dilute them, just drop 5 drops in my mouth in the morning and in the evening and chase with a little bit of water. They're easy to travel with also because I don't have to refrigerate them and it's a small container. I haven't seen results yet because I haven't been using it long enough but I was asked for a review.
The product works wonderfully as my skin does not match my age (that's a good thing). I got my order very fast and a discount was applied that I was not aware of when I ordered, which was a very pleasant surprise since most companies have you jump through abotu four steps to get a discount.
I’ve been on Biosil for almost two months now. I’m seeing a difference. I take a collagen product in my morning coffee and now biosil morning and nighttime. My skin and hair are areas I notice the most. I’m 67 so I have some crepey skin on my hands and forearms and I’m seeing those areas imporove, specifically.

I have noticed it in my hair, it is thicker. Though I do not see any help in my skin, in truth it is sagging. And my nails still peel and break.
