Was Looking For a service to Host a palworld server that can support up to 16 people using 4 bases had no issues with the service provided modifying the files is also super easy configuration toggles to the solution of manually editing files at the time of leaving the review they also have an auto install to support mods like pal defender if that is something you wish to use 10/10 lag free server - 20 pals working per base in 4 bases each person 16 people max player count 10/10 customer service when i have requested support for modifications to the server what is also great that if your taking a break from palworld and your friends are playing another game for example space engineers or windrose etc etc you can switch your server over to host a server for that game with a simple click and select.

Whilst on a little more 'premium' side when it comes to price to other hosting services, you get what you pay for. The support team is blindingly quick, about 20 - 30 minutes for help regarding a login issue on my end (real staff) and their built in Bot is surprisingly very effective with it's instant and direct answers regarding server configs and helping you diagnose issues I.e wether a certain mod is an issue in a game etc.. Do had to say that transfering server regions (switched from Germany to Singapore) did take a couple of hours which was longer than I expected but otherwise it's been perfect, they reliable, no issues with networks going down, no outages etc.. Plus they also regularly have discounts from 25% - 50 for the recent drop of the palworld servers

Genuinely good service and customer service experience. I've had several support tickets, regarding my multiplayer server and each time I've had nothing but quick and effective support.
