had issues with getting the right neoforge to work with a modpack but then a person by the name of Ashley that is with the BisectHosting support came to help me, in my opinion she helped by getting my server up and running again. 10/10

The server works perfectly when you don't mess with anything and have no idea what you're doing. Luckily their staff do know what they're doing and a big shout out to Ian R who helped me very fast and fixed everything I broke with the best customer service. Lesson Learned, I'm not touching anything again.

Hard to set up serve, cancelled straight away total waste of money

Easy to set up and tweak settings, only real complaint is that there was occasional server lag, but this typically wasn’t bad or consistent.

Decent servers, but a little lacking when it comes to modding capabilities on palworld

So far it's all very straight forward and haven't needed to do much to change any settings. Very user friendly even at lower tech level. For a smaller server this has worked out really well I haven't had any server lag with 7 -9 log in for Pal world.

Only complaint I have is that it went down for a few hours, granted it was 2 in the morning. Otherwise it’s been stellar, their customer service is amazing, I had forgotten to turn off the server so I wouldn’t get charged but I forgot, and they were nice enough to refund it for me.

They are odee abt verification which is understandable but they don’t tell you that until you pay for a service, then I had to wait 30mins-1hour till I got my service situated. Other than that bad start great services and great company and staff, very understanding and patient

Sometimes payments can be flagged and the usual cause of this is a VPN, as location does not match the address on the account. But I'm glad that you were able to get this resolved and get the server online. We do truly appreciate your further feedback, but we do apologize that you did not have a great start.
Honestly everything is good its a tiny bit pricy but overall its probably the best server hosting service I just recommend adding a way to split all servers into 4 so say I have 20gb of ram it would be 5 gb of ram per server which overall improves the minecraft experience as well as making it so you can buy cpu threads if so I wouldve bought like 5 for my server but keep it up!
