Watch out for their mining pool everyone. On the stratum test sites it shows security flaws as well as invalid TLS certificate!! Mine somewhere else

Bought one unit and decided to try the whale pass. Hasn't disappointed me at all. Nice miner every month that's worth the cost of the whale pass plus huge discounts on other purchases. Fast shipping and quality products. Haven't had any issues with the miners, all are hashing just fine.
The delivery was straight forward the price was a bit steep but can't complain. I bought the golddigger miner and it's high quality and almost plug and play. Really good service would buy again and I recommend.

Customer service is very quick to respond to questions and very helpful with setting up questions. The company told me that they customize your order after they receive payment and that's why it takes about 2 weeks to receive it. This helps prevent product failure and returns. The miners are working above my expectations and are very quiet.

I bought a minor from this guy and after two weeks he never sent my item that I paid for. I asked him why an email and he asked me if I would like to cancel it for being late. I said no please send my item he then turn around and cancel my item. I am completely highly pissed off at this company and I’ve never in my life been treated so poorly. This guy does not know what he is doing

Well. Bitcoin Merch have a few good reviews and a few very bad reviews. My experience isn't the best but still believe . Update July 20. Ok honest opinion after finally got my miner from Bitcoin Merch. Company is real and definitely not a scam. Product is amazing and build up very professional. Solid piece of art. Love every inch of this miner. About Bitcoin Merch company. Trustful and good company recommended to buy from. Support service stand up as they promised. Thank you. Only one issue what I can see is the shipping and shipping provider. Application Shop is not useful for tracking package and also USPS not giving any details about delivery and track until package will get to your door. Everybody's know tha USPS not using GPS technology and is reason why is impossible get details of tracking. My advice. Bitcoin Merch should change delivery provider to end customers confusion and some negative comments That's isn't a fault of Bitcoin Merch. Then 5 stars for service and product.
