What people say

I am completely disappointed with…

I am completely disappointed with Bitfufu. I have been trying to withdraw my funds for over two weeks, but every time I request a withdrawal, they either cancel it or ask for additional ‘verification’ documents. After providing everything, they still block my withdrawals. This feels like a total scam

Baseless refusal to accept KYC

made account, bought cloud mining but they refuse to accept my KYC after providing proper documents. Always giving some excuse that something is right. Wierd because every other website didnt have problem accepting my KYC but now that i need KYC to withdraw assets you have a problem? I'ts good i didnt invest much just wanted to test their abilities. Don't use this website, whats the point of cloud mining if you never pass KYC and can't get your cash.

Not Perfect but definitely legitimate

Whilst BFF are not perfect by any means they are legitimate (they are Nasdaq listed) and not a scam, Most of the negative reviews here are unfortunately because people don't fully understand how cloud mining works and are over optimisitic about getting free money. Upfront you buy your hashrate and 10 days electric. That is not the end of your investment. If for example you buy a 60 day plan, you still have 50 days more electric to pay for. either out of earnings or adding funds. The output is not guaranteed as BTC difficulty changes over time. Some plans are only profitable if BTC rises in price. Like any investment you need to do your research. Everthing is mined on 3rd party reputable mining pools and paid to your personal wallet. As anyone who uses BTC knows there are network fees to pay on any transfer, that is just a fact of life and nothing to do with BFF. Because of the fees, as a few reviews mention it is rarely profitable to mine with very small sums (it will cost say $10 to transfer $9 or $900. You need to do the maths and invest wisely, not every contract makes money and there are no guarantees but it is 100% legitimate platform

scam web and identity theft

Beware this is a scam and no mining for free once you get paid for mining $1,002.96 require KYC proof of identity - when after KYC verification, the amount of $1,002.96 is not real and you will never even buy a real mining service, when you have to pay for this part from your wallet so that the mining is real, when even if you don't pay them for mining, it's still theft KYC identity that they can misuse for fraud. I point out not to deposit money and pass and other documents, when I also point out that these reviews are real, this website is just a big scam.

Review of Bitfufu's Service and…

Review of Bitfufu's Service and Customer Support Title: Urgent Call for Transparency and Fair Compensation from Bitfufu As a dedicated member of the Bitfufu community, I feel compelled to share my recent experiences, echoed by many fellow members, regarding the service disruptions we've encountered. For over a month now, our operations have been significantly hampered, and the 1:1 compensation offer presented by Bitfufu falls short of addressing the gravity of the situation. Our concerns, repeatedly voiced in the Bitfufu Telegram group, seem to have been overlooked, leaving us in a state of unresolved tension. While we witness other Bitfufu hosting sites operating smoothly, Bitfufu continues to market new plans, a move that raises questions about priorities and fairness. We are not seeking undue advantage but are urging Bitfufu to provide: 1. A clear, detailed explanation for the persistent service interruptions and the apparent inability to migrate our plans to more stable hosting environments. 2. A suspension of new plan sales until a tangible solution is offered to current plan holders, ensuring the preservation of service quality and support. 3. A reconsideration of the compensation terms that genuinely compensates for the losses and inconvenience we've faced. Our commitment to Bitfufu remains strong, but it is contingent on the company's willingness to engage in a sincere, transparent dialogue and to offer equitable solutions. We await a prompt and constructive response to restore our confidence and continue our partnership. #Bitfufu #CustomerSupport #FairCompensation #Transparency #CommunityTrust

Trial hashrate is worthless.

Trial hashrate was given for 24 hours at 9007TH/s, earnings after trial $4.94, which you cannot cash out into stupid FuFuEarns wallet without passing a number of KYC checks. Seriously guys, I'm not handing over numerous identity documents to a company, most of which have to be government ID, Ie. driving license and passport to a company I've had little to no interaction with for less than $5. Waste of time, how do I know my information isn't being harvested within 24 hrs for nefarious purposes?? Avoid, not worth the hassle and waste of your time.

I opened an account with BitFuFu and…

I opened an account with BitFuFu and tried transferring money from my wallet into it. The app said it was insuficiente to purchase a plan. They kept the transfer and it disappeared. Customer service for the app is absolutely unresponsive (there is a notice that says they will answer within 2 hours, but it’s been days and nothing). I then tried sending an email to the one listed for BitFuFu support and I got an email rejection notice from the BitFuFu server. Looks BitFuFu is a scam and am glad I only lost $80 with it. Cloud mining seems to be a scam; BitFuFu is one for sure.

Just a scam

You buy a package and then you have always new energy costs And if you don’t pay them in a period they just close your package and you loose all you “investment “ or better said you loss your 50% which is left This is totally scam just to make money to others You will not get anything out

Everything felt good about this…

Everything felt good about this including the fact that it was featured in Forbes and Yahoo! news, etc. Getting your money in is easy. It's when you try to get out you realize the mistake you made. I always had trouble logging into the site, but now I can't log in at all. I actually lost about $2k at BitFufu, but when I finally moved the money back to Coinbase, Coinbase reported it as income and 1099'd me. So now I have to pay taxes on the remaining money I got out, even though it was a loss. And since I can't log into Bitfufu to retrieve financial documents, I can't prove otherwise. It's just a scam, albeit the "legitimate" kind, which is the worst.
