I sent BTC for cloud mining, they couldn't find the transaction and kept asking for more and more info. When I complained, they opened an investigation when I paid $20 via USDT saying they had to do more checks, very strange. Also, the cloud mining only makes a profit if Bitcoin rises, which is misleading.
After reading some reviews I was a little hesitant to signup, but my experience initially was very good. Then the last 3 days the miner was down because of curtailment, after contacting support I was informed that you do not receive credits unless it is over 5% (36 hours). This is a terrible rule and means profitability is massively reduced. I suggest anyone thinking of signing up to calculate your net profits based on 95% uptime.
