I was excited until I put in a second withdraw request. Received a confirmation email of accepted request and nothing else. It's been over 24 hrs and I've not received funds yet. I've spoken with customer service and emailed them and the same reply of " our system has been fixed and issue resolved, your request is being processed". But it has NOT. It's still in pending status on hold. The new request is in the same status after email confirmation of being accepted. I'm getting the run around instead of a straight forward answer. It's looking like I've wasted money and time on this game.

Most places start out paying you and then after you get to where you trust them they stop paying you when you or if you request a several hundred dollar redeem and I spent over 2 to 4 k with those places and they still didn't pay me but BITPLAY HAS PAID ME EVERY TIME & USUALLY PRETTY QUICKLY. I JUST REDEEMED $125 WAS NERVOUS THAT THEY WERE GOING TO FINALLY DO ME LIKE THE OTHER PLACES BUT NOPE WITHIN A HOUR I THINK THEY SENT ME A EMAIL SAYING PROCESSED.
