Does not payout when you win on daily bonus.
The games are fun to play but when I won with my $1 daily bonus on Vegas X platform my withdrawal request was declined. This is the only site that doesn’t pay out when you play and win with your daily bonus, even after you play way over your play thru amount…so what’s the use of even giving you a daily bonus? Also, they told me that I have to deposit to platform I won on but in order to make a deposit my account balance has to be at 0…so there’s no point on even playing with the daily bonus they offer. I’ll stick to Bitbetwin and Vegas Gems instead.

I’ve been using BitPlay.ag and it has been a horrible experience. I’ve submitted all required documents for verification multiple times – clear photos of my ID, proof of address, and everything they asked for – but they still won’t verify me. It doesn’t matter how I submit the documents, they just keep giving me excuses or ignoring the issue. I have winnings stuck in my account and they refuse to let me withdraw until I’m verified. It feels like they’re stalling on purpose just to avoid paying out what they owe. I’ve reached out to support repeatedly and get vague, unhelpful responses or no resolution at all. I’ve spent time and money on this platform, only to be completely mistreated and scammed. If you're thinking about using BitPlay.ag – don’t. They will take your money and block you from withdrawing anything when you win.
Sign up can be a little confusing, but seems legit
So far this site has been pretty legit was a little skeptical at first due to all the fish games that go around on Facebook.I found this website just browsing gave it a try waiting for my first redemption. Will update as soon as my redemption is received or if I encounter any complications but so far seems like a good place to play.

I don’t have any complaints, really. People don’t realize that the withdrawal takes awhile because it’s bitcoin. To process any bitcoin transaction without them charging a fee, it takes up to 24 hours. I usually get my winnings within four hours of requesting. I truly love to play here and it’s much better than just giving ur money to these platforms. Atleast here the more u deposit the more deposit bonus u get. I get 30% on all my deposits now just by doing the same thing I would have been doing with no reward on the others. Think this platform is fair and I’ve won to date over $2,000 dollars. Blatant thievery and poor customer service!
I accidentally made a deposit to the previous crypto address on a different order. I contacted support and they told me that the crypto address did not belong to them so they couldn't help me.I gave them the order number to the previous transaction that had the same crypto address that my new deposit was sent to and she tells me that it was already filled then I pointed out the crypto number which was the exact same number she said did not belong to bitplay. I then asked her if that number didn't belong to you then how was the order completed. After showing receipts and everything I get a credit of $68 when I put $71.86 I believe on there plus it was happy hour when I made the deposit which would've came to about $94.00 in credits. When i contacted support about it he said the amount was correct and I'm not entitled to anything else and when i inquired about at least getting what I put in he said that's all I'm getting credit for and after that all my messages said "not sent"so I was blocked from messaging support and accessing the site. I even called the telephone number provided and all I got was a busy signal! I've been a customer since 2021 but I believe it's time to move on from bitplay,Bitspinwin,and Betbitwin! It's all the same people running all three of this these sites. I'm not going to spend my hard earned money with a company that doesn't treat there customers with dignity and respect.

BitPlay asked me to reach out to support so they could "make it right" and i was reluctant to do so, as I should have been, because they treated me exactly the same as they had the first time that prompted me to post about them initially. Support told me for the second time that there wasn't a specific platform created for me but a few days prior I was able to log in, only one time and seen that I had money on that platform. Then when I went to log in a second time it kept telling me my information was wrong, and it wasn't. Then it said I had no Internet and I did but coincidently, I had enough Internet to talk to support.... They took my money and wouldn't allow me access to it again, blamed me, acted like the had no idea what I was talking about and had an attitude with me the whole time. So I stick with what I say they should be shut down, they are scammers and They don't seem ligitimate. I wish I hadn't wasted my time or money on them.

I like the fact that these games are the same as what are at casinos... what I dislike is the fact I can upload thousands of dollars in bitcoin. And as of right now I can only withdraw 200 dollars a day

Wish they could handle withdraws faster
I like the fact that when I make a deposit it's typically on my game within 10-15min. I don't like the fact that it's the complete opposite when I want make a withdrawal... it always takes several hours for them to handle my withdrawal I mean if the could get it cashed out to me in a instant just like they do when I make the deposit then that would be great I will never understand why it takes hours to cash out but minutes to deposit if they had the same prompt service when I make a withdrawal as they do when I make a deposit then I would not be currently looking for another platform as we speak cause there are others who Wil cash me out immediately.

I have never had to wait 7 hours to get my withdrawal and I’m still waiting I have bothered customer service so much I feel bad to have to be asking when will I get it first it was being expedited then again then a technical issue now it’s being expedited but I still have not got anything and can’t get any answers I’m so unsatisfied with bitplay usually I’ve had great experiences but I’m very disappointed
