I know it’s not Bloom’s entire fault
I know it’s not Bloom entire fault. But I ordered something for 2-3 business days and took 9 days. That for someone you trust the timeframe could be very bad. No solutions when I tried to cancel the order. Maybe it could be better in the future

I had not heard of Bloom Audio before…
I had not heard of Bloom Audio before except by researching high quality ear tip replacements for my Sennheiser TW4 earbuds and the Baroque Stage ones were mentioned. My email queries to support were answered quickly and that cemented our buying decision. These high quality tips are so much better than anything I've tried in the past. Also a very nice touch of a handwritten thank you and a candy inside the box. Nice touch! I will be thinking of them when I have a future need for nice gear.

I rarely write reviews
I rarely write reviews, but Bloom Audio earned this one. I had an issue with my iBasso PB6 amplifier, and from my very first email, Bloom's customer service was outstanding. Caleb responded incredibly quickly, took the time to troubleshoot the problem with me, coordinated directly with iBasso, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and ultimately replaced the faulty tubes under warranty. The PB6 is now back in my hands and performing perfectly. What impressed me most wasn't just that they fixed the problem, but how they treated me throughout the entire process. Every email was prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful. It's refreshing to work with a company that stands behind the products they sell and takes such good care of their customers. Bloom Audio has definitely earned my trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. Highly recommended.

Bloom Audio is a top notch online audio retailer. Bloom carries many audio products and brands to choose from. I've purchased dacs, amps, headphones, cables and op amps, aand even done a few trade ins. The guys at Bloom Audio are great to work with. They are knowledgeable, helpful and honest. They reply quickly to inquiries, assist with questions and orders and packages always arrive fast and secuely psckaged. They are very reasonable and pleasant to deal with, and go above and beyond to address issues and concerns. I've been ordering and buying from Bloom Audio for years and have never been disappointed. I'll continue to do business with them because they are 100% focused on customer service.

The Bloom Team was very responsive to my question about shipping. My item was shipped within a few hours of placing the order online. However, I noticed the item was shipped two-day instead of overnight even though I entered "BLOOMOVERNIGHT" at checkout. The Bloom rep admitted the mistake and offered me a discount on my next purchase. I appreciate the consideration and will gladly do business again with Bloom.
