When I got my package it came with a handwritten note and some skittles so I thought that was a nice little touch. Honestly makes you feel a little special! Their support helped me with little questions and was very kind and responsive! Would 100% recommend!
This was a great shopping experience! I was able to find what I wanted quickly (and their search tool works very well). The filters work and are actually helpful (I was able to narrow down my search by product type). My order was shipped quickly and arrived nicely packaged. Bloom Audio earned this review. I purchased my Focal Bathys in person after spending quite a bit of time researching wireless headphones. Matthew took the time to understand what I actually enjoy listening to rather than simply pointing me toward the most expensive product. The experience reminded me of talking with a knowledgeable wine sommelier who asks questions before making recommendations. He encouraged me to audition several headphones using my own reference track—“Watchtower on the Moon” by Threshold—which made comparing them incredibly easy. I listened to the Focal Bathys, Sennheiser HD 630, Momentum 5, and Noble FoKus Rex5. There was absolutely no sales pressure. Matthew even let me experience a tube amplifier while I was there, something I had never heard before. It wasn’t part of my purchase, but it was a fun demonstration that made the visit memorable. The little touches mattered too—even including some candy in the order made me smile. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and an experience centered around helping customers find the right product instead of simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be back.
I had been looking to upgrade my audio set up but was really not sure where to go. I tried a few in store shops however they were all really mid. Once I stumbled across Bloom audio that all changed. I connected with their customer service advisor Marty and the man was extremely helpful. He answered every question I had like it was second nature. Nothing threw him off. Honestly after how I was treated I’ll only buy from Bloom. I felt like I was treated like family rather than just a number in line. Thanks for everything guys you made my year!

First class shopping experience: instant shipping, a thoughtful note inside the box, and (unlike buying used,) it’s nice having the security of knowing returns for credit is an option. I bought the Thieaudio Origin, so fit is a known issue. Thankfully, they work for me—and sound amazing!! Having the ability to use 3rd party financing opinions makes buying end game units possible for those of us who don’t have $1000 cash. Lastly, Bloom Audio’s blog posts, videos, and reviews really help inform the whole process. At this level of investment, feeling secure about the purchase and getting exceptional service makes all the difference in the world. Highly recommended!
