The item I had ordered was backordered…
The item I had ordered was backordered for about 2 1/2 months. Every couple of weeks I would send an email to Bloom for an update and each time someone responded, good news or bad, within a few hours. This was much appreciated. The also sent me an email to help correct a minor problem with my credit card. Such personal customer service is a rare occurrence in today's world and Bloom has earned me as a customer for life.
