I received everything, but I’m very disappointed with the product. The rear brake has a serious issue because the brake pad that came installed is not compatible with the new motor I received. This makes the scooter unsafe and unusable until the correct part is provided. I expected better quality control and would like a replacement brake pad that actually works with the new motor.
The Bogist M5 Pro S has a disappointing balance between speed and battery life. After using it for several weeks, I noticed the performance became inconsistent. The lighting system feels outdated, the braking is unreliable, and the display is difficult to read. What disappointed me most was how flimsy the frame feels compared to other scooters in this price range. Overall, it was a frustrating purchase experience.

After I completed the payment, you changed the price of the item, which is completely unacceptable and misleading. We have bought twice in the webshop (handle and battery for Scooter M5 PRO) and in both cases we had a very good service!
Parts ordered were delivered in 25 days instead of 15 days but Bogist Customer Services ‘s were well connunicating
a bit long to deliver, because item; out of stock, I got notice immediately, and then had to wait for the time one can expect for something soured from china .
They are very polite and very responsible. Despite the few weeks for shipping everything was wonderful!
From order to delivery it took 16 days, which is fine considering the shipment came from China. If needed, I will order again.
