Was a bit concerned when I ordered this scooter , but I had no need to worry about, it was delivered in a short time and , and I’m really pleased with it . Brilliant people to do business with 👍JonD

Tampered with in transit

This was the 2nd scooter I had bought from Bogist, the 1st was fine, shipped from the UK, however the 2nd was shipped from Germany, the box had been opened and taped back up, most of the inside packaging was damaged and it was clear that it had been tampered with, the free gifts were missing and the scooter was scratched, not bothered about the free gifts but to have someone open a parcel is never good, I would not have accepted the parcel but unfortunately I did not delivery, took the scooter out and all seems fine apart from a few dints and scratches.

The goods were sent from China even tho…

The goods were sent from China even tho the website was .uk. No warning nothing. I paid 65€ for the goods and 30€ in taxes.

The shipping time was ok

The shipping time was ok. There was a little issue with the replacement motor as i could not make any connexion inside the battery block. This block is meant to be open unscrewed, but on my scooter it is welded so that I can't open the cover and connect the motor wires. Fortunately, I had cut the former wire as I took the former motor down. I had enough wire to make a connexion of my own, on the frame of the scooter, within a box. This is due to the fact that in France, we may not unbridle an electric scooter...this is why the battery block is sealed. You should have warned me before, when I bought the new motor....anyway it works fine.

Thrilled with my 2nd Bogist scooter 🛴 Ordered in Portugal , delivered to Ireland and customer support checked in when in doubt about the address! Was a bit concerned that they had no idea about how to raise the handlebars and was advised to look at videos online ! However,I will overlook it as gets me from A to be for my transport needs Thanks again

After 28 days I have not yet received my order.

first tracking not working and no answer, but then

at first a got an invalid tracking number. No answers for weeks. The third email adress I found on the page were valid and I got an answer and tracking information. Finally the product arrived.

I got the wrong thing.

Spare part

I've ordered a spare part for an electric scooter. The price was OK, no shipping cost and relatively fast delivery. I'm satisfied.

One star for the company

One star for the company, five stars for the bogist C1 pro product. The product is excellent but asking the company some questions (by email) they gave me answers that showed me that I have nothing to expect from them. They won't solve your problems, they just sell products nothing else. They seemed so incompetent even with simple questions that it really makes me wonder, if (at least) this product is theirs. So get a product (they look and probably are, very good and at a good price) but whatever happens, look elsewhere. Strangers on youtube can give you a solution, videos on youtube can give you a solution, everywhere / anywhere you can find a solution except the company. They will tell you regardless. I know, it's frustrating, but I lived it. I'm not telling lies. For anyone who wants, I can send him the correspondence I had with them so you can see for yourself what answers I got to questions related to their (for heaven shake) product.
