I wasn't expecting much so was pleased to find that the shoes we hen they arrived, at least did fit OK. Quality not to Skecher standard, not even close, but for $35 THEY WILL DO THE JOB. NOT EXPECTING LONGEVITY. Won't buy again!

These crooks use other names besides Boklen. They sell shoes, sweaters, coats and other items. Poor quality. Website is very professional. Probably fake reviews. Been going on for quite awhile.

Very poor customer service and when I received my shoes they were the wrong size and way too small and wouldn’t fit at all and was unable to get them on and was told to send them back to China at my expense but wouldn’t return my money,very disappointed.
Cheap knock-off shoes
Cheap knock-off shoes. They use the Sketchers logo and name in their ads but the shoes are cheap copies.
Shoes not as represented
Recently purchased from Boklen. Product not as represented and when I requested a return authorization they advised I would have to ship shoes to Hong Kong at a great expense and that most likely the return would be lost in transit. They offered a partial refund which I took and then threw the shoes away.

Shoes are not accurately sized. Impossible to return. I spent hours trying to return them, there is absolutely nothing professional about this company. DO NOT BUY
Poor Quality Product - No response from aftersales
AVOID at ALL costs. Shoe product arrived within two weeks of order. First impressions were of very poor and cheap construction, certainly nowhere near the quality promised. Tried them on, and despite being the same shoe size for at least 50 years, the shoes were far too tight and un-usable. Contacted their service/aftersales email and requested the returns procedure - nothing (other than a shipping list). I have sent many emails, and comments on their FaceBook posts over three months. NO REPLY at all. . . . Contacted VISA and will be refunded via charge back.

Not all they seem
They notified me that the Skechers I had ordered had been delivered to my address - they had not. I complained for a week or two, they then sent out a pair which arrived within 10 days. Fine - except that they weren't Skechers! So I'd paid nearly £40 for a pair of nondescript, poorly made trainers - supposedly ideal for diabetic feet. Rubbish!
