A really good website with clear photographs for guidance. Some extra information about the content of the pieces would have been useful
Not all they seem
They notified me that the Skechers I had ordered had been delivered to my address - they had not. I complained for a week or two, they then sent out a pair which arrived within 10 days. Fine - except that they weren't Skechers! So I'd paid nearly £40 for a pair of nondescript, poorly made trainers - supposedly ideal for diabetic feet. Rubbish!
