I ordered 4 bras. Took 7 weeks for delivery. None of the bras were the right styles or sizes. Absolutely the worst experience ordering on line I've ever had.

I finally received my order but I am very disappointed and underwhelmed. I ordered 4 pairs of control underwear and a bra. The bra is poorly constructed. The placement of the hooks were so confusing there is not way anyone could wear the bra comfortably. I know the only reason they finally sent me something is because I left a not so flattering review. So, here I am again utterly dissatisfied with this company and their product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You too will be disappointed.

UPDATE (4/26/2026): A customer service representative (Jing Wo) finally responded to my emails (after I sent three emails) on Thursday April 23, 2026. However, the response was inaccurate because Jing said that they have verified my order status. According to their tracking app (inept IMO, when trying track the order, you have to go through extra steps to see the results), the package has been dispatched and is en route and provided the tracking number. I stated in the first email that I sent on April 9, 2026 that I had receive the order and that it was incorrect because I ordered five bras, but received four and they were not what I ordered. So how come Jing couldn't see that I had received the order and sent the email that he/she sent. I stated that I wanted to return the order for a full refund. Like I said in my previous post, that the shipping label was created on April 4, 2026 from MOKA on 136th St., Chicago, IL 60827. So, why it took over a month to receive the order? Is because the order was shipped from 262-1205, Takanocho, Miyakonojo-shi, Miyazaki Postal code: 885-0221. I responded to the email stating that I received the order on April 9th and the email was not the response I was expecting. I received another email on 4/24/2026, offering me a refund of $20 USD or I can send the order back to them to get full refund. It would cost me more to send the bras back to them than what I paid for them. IMO, the best thing is to not deal with this company at all. The products are not acceptable and the women who claimed these bras are the best, are not being truthful at all. You will be better off going to the mall or a store near you and buy a way better bra and be happy in the long run. Listen to me, stay away from this company. They advertise on social media to "lure" you in. Doesn't even deserve one star!!!Listen to me, do NOT order from this company. The bras are cheap and I can't even describe the material of them. They feel like rubber and plastic combination. I ordered a total of seven bras (two orders 2/17/2026 and 2/28/2026). The second order was for five bras and I received four bras and they weren't even what I ordered. They took forever to receive. I received the second order on 4/9/2026 after placing order on 2/28/2026. I still can't understand why it took so long to receive when the shipping label was created on 4/4/2026 and shipped from zip code of 60827. I responded to the order confirmation the same day of ordering, asking to cancel the orders. I've yet to hear anything from them. The "women" who claims to love these bras are not truthful, because these bras are horrible! The reviews supposedly left by customers, have a lot of misspelled words. I've sent many emails with pictures, asking for a full refund, with no response as of yet and it's now April 11, 2026. Save your money and your time because this is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, who don't respond to emails.

Ordered item 2/5/26, through Afterpay. Item noted to have been delivered on 2/24/26, to my mailbox but I never received. I receive USPS daily mail notifications and found this package was not listed. No response to emails and the phone number provided is a non working number 630-733-1210 (Chicago area code)! Was provided one tracking # through 17 Track (Fraud too). Visited local PO and now have a different tracking #. Will file claim and report on BBB as others have. This website needs to be cancelled and removed from all social platforms (YouTube!)

If I could have awarded "0" Stars I would have. Be warned consumer. Very poor quality, items way too small and not fit for purpose. I am trying to get a refund but there is no guidance on how to go about this. No answer to emails either.

Avoid at all costs. Waited 6 weeks for my order and when I tried to contact customer service I never got a reply. I emailed them 12 times and never got a answer. When I finally got my order it didn't fit. Way too small. What a waste of £27.00. Take my advice and avoid.

The worst part about being scammed (no delivery of the item) is that they have devised a way to fool Paypal and my bank that - just because the tracking numbers are supposedly legit - it proves beyond a reasonable doubt that the item has been delivered.
No replies to several email requests
Item didn’t offer the support it should have. I emailed several times per the return request instructions and never had a reply from the company. And yes, I checked in my junk mail too. This is a send you junk & you never hear from them again type. I would never recommend them. Absolutely zero customer service & subpar items.

If I could give zero stars I would. Items took more than 2 months to arrive. Just tried them on. Awful quality. Awful sizing. The underwiring is weirdly shaped. This is what I get from avoiding going to get measured properly for a bra in a reputable shop.

I ordered a bra, recieved a notice that it was delivered, I have not recieved product. I went to my Post Office and they tracked the order aand tracking number to Las Vegas Nevada I do not live in that City or State. This is a scam.

Wish I had read these reviews earlier. I placed two high dollar orders at the end of Feb-26 and have not received my orders, nor received responses from Info and the provided tracking numbers with Track17.net are fraudulent. How do we get these guys to refund our money and get them off the internet, or at least make it as difficult to place orders as it is to get a response from them. I reported the scammers to Citibank who claimed that they will contact Bombonds to try get a refund. Make sure you report them to your bank or CC company. #Youtube if you’re seeing this, remove scam companies off your platform. I will never trust any ads on YouTube again.

This site doesn't deserve a one star review but there is not an option for zero. I ordered 2 of the "posture bras" and one Jelly bra. I ordered 2XL which supposedly accommodated a 44DD. These bras would not even fit a B cup. They are not made of the material in their adds which looks very sturdy and snaps when they pull back on the straps. This is not that material. This material is almost paper thin and would not offer any support whatsoever even if it did fit let alone pull back on your shoulders to help with posture. They took over a month to get here and when I tried to contact them to find out where my order was they never replied. After the order finally came I tried to contact the company numerous times to find out how to return the bras and I never did hear back. Please do not spend your money at Bombonds.com. They ship from Asia not the US. and there is no customer service whatsoever.
