I needed to backup kindle books for…
I needed to backup kindle books for personal use, not for piracy. It delivers what it promises. 3 kindle drm for free in the trial version. Epubor and other means were ineffective.
Doesn't refresh
Doesn't refresh, can't delete uploaded files, won't work on the files it has uploaded. It gets better - the Contact Us page which is the only way to get help has a bug so your request for help never goes thru. They must be thinking it's such a great offering that noone has any problems. I'm glad I haven't paid anything for this.
