Good service, response time could be better
They followed my order request, but they got one detail wrong on the first try and their response time for inquiries and updates could be made better.
Reply fast to e-mails
I searched first regarding the trustworthiness of this website, and saw some good reviews. So I decided to avail their service. At first, there were some mistakes on the reservation details, eventually they were able to give me the right one after some follow-ups. They reply fast to e-mails, which is a plus too.

I recently booked an itinerary throughThomas Alas BRFV Service, and I’ve been very satisfied with the overall experience. The platform was easy to use, and all booking details were clearly communicated. Although my travel date has elapsed, I reached out to their team for help, and they’ve been very understanding and cooperative. Their prompt and polite responses show that they truly value their customers. I appreciate their willingness to assist me in updating my itinerary and ensuring I can still complete my travel plans. I’ll definitely continue using Thomas Alas BRFV Service for future bookings and highly recommend them for their professionalism and customer care!

Looks like it's not a valid reservation, I could not verify the PNR online. Chatbot doesn't work here. Received the itinerary 9 hrs later. Waiting for the reply on the confirmed tickets.
Their assistance is polite and helpful
OK..
Received the reservation after a few hours. -1 star because they managed to get the dates wrong, will edit this once they correct the error.
Fake service
Fake service! The chatbot doesn’t reply, and there’s no response to emails. Their contact number is unreachable — a complete waste of money. They send fake tickets without any ticket number or airline confirmation. Be aware and avoid this website!

Poor customer service
I paid for airline tickets for my visa application, but they issued the tickets with the wrong name, even though I provided the correct information. I contacted customer support, but they did not respond. I’m very disappointed

i have been searching for a reliable source to get my planning for my visa application and through one of my google searches, i got your details ! i am glad that Google search recommended you guys as the process was super easy. INCORRECT INFORMATION - Zero communcation or assistance.
I followed the information on the site, which was incorrect. Fight reservations are not widely accepted at EU Schengen visa centres. I requested help to produce an invoice to aid in my application. Zero communication. I have lost over 60 pounds on applications I was rejected for. I would love a refund but let's see if I can first get a email back...
Great service
The price is good and the email responses is great

At first I was worried that the BRFV site is a scam. But I got the flight itinerary swiftly, and verified with the airline! Thank you BRFV Team!
