Purchased Ticket DPS to KUL proved to be invalid
I used the service to get a ticket to extend a visa in Bali. I paid and got confirmation. I forwarded the ticket to my friends who were already waiting at immigration to show their ticket. Immigration checked and found that the ticket is not valid. I checked myself und MyBookings of Airmalaysia and entered the PNR Code and last name correctly (copy paste several times). it always said "Your booking could not be retrieved due to no valid e-tickets." I feel scammed. Didn't work for me.

Not needed
The purchase process was fine. But nobody asked us or anybody else that we spoke to about the onward tickets. Neither at the checkin airport, nor at checkout or immigration to Indonesia. Nobody cares. It's a stupid rule and companies exploit it. We see it as a waste of money and wouldn't to it again.

Really happy with the service. It is really easy to make a pre booking, after a long research I found onward ticket and helped to get mi visa. Although I made a big mistake with the dates, even if was my mistake (Honey) the support team give the opportunity to fix it. Thank you so much.

Did not appear reliable to me.
Reserved a flight with them last year. Submitted my visa application and realised the issued PNR is not verifiable on the airline website. Contacted support, and they immediately came back with another reservation and a new PNR, but if the embassy chose to validate my submitted flight reservation, it would have failed. When I replied to the support with the concern above, I didn't hear any response.

Hi Hoss, Thanks for the review. Your initial reservation was valid but some airlines don't let you look up a booking on their website until it's ticketed, which is why the check came back empty. Nothing was wrong with the order itself. We should have explained that when you asked, and sorry we didn't get back to you. I’ve used Onwardtic 3,4 times - Quick, responsive, accepted by immigrations. To add - they were very responsive & helpful with a tech challenged individual . Edit! While what i wrote was true, as of August 26 - now an onward tic may not be accepted - at least mine was denied: I was extending my visa in Bali, in person, with required exit ticket - my latest onward tic was NOT accepted - told it was not found on airline website. I had to excuse self, purchase actual tic, then visa extension approved. May be accepted elsewhere - idk…

We flew from Kunming China to Phnom Penh Cambodia on Thai Airways and to board the plane you need proof of departure from Cambodia; we don’t have a set schedule so we didn’t want to commit to a departure date and destination so we used Onward Ticket two hours before our flight and was instantly issued a ticket. When we arrived at the airport to check in, the ticket agent asked for proof of departure from Cambodia, I showed her the ticket that I downloaded from the email from Onward Ticket, she typed in the flight information into her computer and we were issued our boarding pass! I also got assistance in how to confirm that the ticket was registered in the system through the customer service rep, and they replied in less than 5 minutes after the email was sent to me.
