I had reserved an onboard ticket from Manila to Los Angeles
I had reserved an onboard ticket from Loas Angeles to Manila. BUT, I was supposed to make it from Manila to Los Angeles instead. I emailed them, and they made arrangements for me to be able to change, reverse, the origin and departure cities, without any issues. The support team handled it professionally, and in a timely and polite manner. Kudos to them. I would highly recommend the Onboardticket website for you onbaord ticket needs, because if you do have any issues, they are Johnny on the spot to find it, correct it, and make it right, which is a big load off the consumer. good support and customer service
I accidentally booked my onward ticket for June instead of May. When I contacted them they responded incredibly quickly. Honey was incredibly kind and promptly sent me the link to change the date. The whole process was smooth and easy. Their customer service was amazing – helpful, friendly and reliable. I’d definitely use their service again!
Great service and communication
Ticket only valid for 48 hours, beware
They only tell you clearly that the ticket is valid for 48 hours after you make a booking, otherwise it’s there on the home page but easily skippable. Then they will refuse your refund request. Terrible UX and service. EDIT: They contacted me and I've received their refund. I've amended my review to reflect their goodwill.

I didn't receive the download link, so just before take-off I had to buy a new ticket, so I could get in to the country. Adressing this, the customer service agent found the link, send it to me and also arranged a refund for the extra ticket I had to buy. Excellent service.

Perfect solution for flexible travelers
I travel a lot and one thing that always comes up is proof of onward travel. The problem is, most of the time I don’t even know when or where I’m going next, so buying a real ticket just for that doesn’t make much sense. That’s where Onward Ticket has been really useful for me. I’ve used onwardticket.com more than 10 times already, and it’s been smooth every single time. The ticket is generated quickly, and I’ve never had any issues at the check-in counter, airlines have accepted it without problems. What I like most is the flexibility. Instead of locking myself into an expensive flight I might not even take, I can just get a temporary ticket and keep my plans open. For someone who travels often and doesn’t always follow a fixed schedule, that’s a huge advantage. The process is simple, fast, and does exactly what it promises. For me, it’s definitely a service that’s worth it and I’ll keep using it whenever I need it.

Would not recommend
Would not recommend. Booked a return ticket for my visa in Sri Lanka (back to Chennai, India - which is a 1h 15 min flight) - received a plane ticket from Colombo via Dubai to Chennai … I did not feel comfortable with such a suspicious booking - like no one would actually fly like this! Contacted customer support - which was quick - however they told me „no alternatives can be found „ (I was literally asking for a direct flight from Sri Lanka to any Indian airport within a 3 week timeframe…) Later they said they generally don’t provide direct flights. So I got a quick refund which was good and appreciated.
