I've used them a few times over the years and it always worked perfectly. I recently had one booking where I couldn’t pull up the confirmation on the airline's website at first - but Honey from customer service was super quick and helpful and we figured it out a few minutes later. Prompt and helpful
I made an error with my booking and requested an edit. I was given a link to edit the ticket info at no extra cost. There was a problem with the link, so I was given a coupon and was able to rebook the ticket with no problem or extra cost. The coupon covered the cost completely. I was impressed with the speed with which I was helped and the efficiency and attitude of the person who helped me. I will use Onward Ticket again and recommend this service to others.

The Support desk, Honey was her name, was very friendly. After error messages she suggested to use another browser or paymethod. Which was useful. Onwardticket is very user-friendly and even more important it saves your text after you had to quit for some reasons. Nowadays, is my experience in Vietnam and Indonesia, they DO ask to show your onwardticket.

Straightforward purchase process, highly responsive support angels, easy detail correction process (name correction), cost-effective. Just one thing that we wish were different: it should be clear at the onset that round-trip pricing is different. My beloved was surprised to see it go up for the round-trip reservation. From a user experience standpoint, that's not a 10/10 because there felt like a bit of bait and switch there for a moment, but that's just a minor detail that would have been nice to have for us. I was stranded in a foreign country because i did not have proof of a return ticket out of that country…i was panicked trying to book a return ticket to the US and the airlines kept saying try again later…THANKFULLY THANKFULLY THANKFULLY I remembered reading about onward ticket…A LIFE SAVER…no doubt…FAST…I was shocked how quickly I had a legit ticket… I flew thru customs with NO problems…the rude agent even zoomed in on the ticket many times…hmmmmm…well done onward ticket…well done…

Customer service success
Easy to book and use and I have many times before, but this most recent time I had a reservation that I could not access on the official airline website. The time from submitting my problem to customer support to receiving a new and working PNR was 34 minutes! Shout out to Melodie for being such a homie when I was in a tizzy at the airport waiting to check in. Amazing!
