THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. If I could leave them negative stars, I would. I have been waiting a month for my refund that they promised me. Everyone on the phone is a bot. They are a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I will continue to leave negative reviews on every site until I get my money back. Do not fall for these scammers.

The online reservation process was confusing and misleading - we ended up paying double of what we thought we were supposed to pay. Will never use your service again!!!
Don't do it
Don't do it! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Horrible customer service, horrible resolution, and they continue to direct to the third-party booking for a resolution when they are, in fact, responsible for the issue and able to resolve. I've never had a worse experience. DON'T DO IT!
