Do not book with this website!!
Called and talked to a customer service representative to switch to a different room and they said they called the hotel for me and everything would be fine but when I arrived they said no one ever called to switch my room and my kids had to sleep on an uncomfortable pull out sofa bed. I felt I was over charged for the type of room they gave me because the pictures provided on your site were extremely misleading. Overall very upset and angry with your service. Will let everyone I know not to book through you. Horrible service.

Neil was outstanding with his efficiency and customer service related to my recent hotel reservation at the Philadelphia Marriott airport hotel it was so common to have my reservation all complete before I got there due to my flight cancellation and to actually speak to a person. Thank you, Neil!

I am incredibly upset by my experience with BookOnline. As other websites have indicated, their website impersonates the hotel’s website (how I was duped). I made my reservation but it was already too late because when I tried to cancel within an hour I received barely any of what I paid back. On top of this, their prices do not depict real hotel prices, they are exponentially hire AND do not actually book at the hotel as advertised. When I contacted the company multiple times about my concerns I was told it was simply their policy. What I cannot fathom is why they would have such a thoughtless policy that is designed to scam people of their money.
