I want to recommend to carefully look at the top of their homepage under the tab "samples". There are 3 different samples and I am given to understand we can choose the one we prefer, and that should be indicated in their "how it works" procedure, or directly on the form you fill "Please indicate the sample number you want us to use:...". I was not aware of this and initially received something unusable for me. I commented on this on trustpilot and their support team immediately got in touch with me so I have to say they ARE very efficient and attentive to their business. I would deal with them again.
