He went above and beyond to ensure repairs were done correctly and completed in time for my seller's closing. He is professional, responsive, upfront, and incredibly honest. I thought using Punchlist would be a better choice than lining up all the resources to do my inspection fixes. Hired them in June and still not done! It has been an AWFUL, AWFUL experience. Changed project managers 3 times, have yet to finish all repairs and ones they said were completed either weren't done or done incorrectly. DO NOT USE THEM until they fix the known issues in Charlotte!!!

Punch list was fast and easy to work with to schedule the work to be done. The estimate was delivered quickly and was accurate.
Our technician, David Baxley, was professional, thorough, and fixed everything in a timely manner. Going through closings on our current home and future home is stressful and having David manage small repairs identified through our inspection was such a huge help.

PunchList’s services came bundled with a home inspection we had done by Pillar to Post. PunchList provided a list of needed repairs, as well as cost estimates for them, which was very helpful. Even better, the service will help us as we move forward with our new home, helping us keep track of regular maintenance tasks as well as more substantial repairs.
