Their products are what people want now, are innovative and of a high quality and are very competitively priced ! I bought RevitalEyes and it has really helped reduce my eye puffiness, tightened the skin and removed my dark circles ! I’ve been using it since i bought it in February avd we’re in July now so it’s been a few months now ; I used it every day initially for 3.5 months and now just twice a week. Problem Solved Lickity Split!
I purchased a set of RevitalEyes Eye Treatment glasses just over two weeks ago. They are wonderful, and I've already seen some mild improvement. Sadly, yesterday I went to put them on, and the left temple bar broke from the main frame. Then, today, the right temple bar broke as well.
I emailed Customer Service at Botanique Paris, and a very kind person, Hazel, responded within minutes. She was pleasant and eager to assist.
After I explained the problem and sent a few photos of the damaged temple bars, she swiftly processed a transaction to ship me a new set of glasses free of charge.
I was 'blown away' by such prompt, excellent customer service, sadly lacking with many companies today.
Thank-you Botanique Paris, and thank-you Hazel for your assistance in helping me.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent! I experienced some irritation around my eyes when using this, I think because I wear contacts and have very sensitive eyes. They cancelled my subscription with no issues and tried every way they could to help me. This is definitely a company that I will use again.

After having for just a few months the arm of the glasses has fallen off, while I was wearing them! I was enjoying using these glasses but now they are no longer useable. Very disappointed.

I have not seen any noticeable…
I have not seen any noticeable difference after over two weeks of use.
The device itself is inconsistent in working. Sometimes only one side vibrates and sometimes neither side works until I tap it excessively despite it being fully charged.
