I asked them to deliver the bowling balls to the bowling alley that I bowl at and it came there just when they said it would.
I ordered a mystery bowling ball knowing that receiving a random ball is part of the experience. I wasn’t disappointed by the ball I received—that’s the risk you take with a mystery purchase. What was disappointing was the condition everything arrived in. The shipping box and the original manufacturer’s box were both heavily damaged, and it was clear the package hadn’t been protected very well during shipping. Unfortunately, the ball also arrived with some minor damage, which is not what I’d expect when purchasing a brand-new bowling ball. While the damage doesn’t appear to affect the ball’s usability, a new bowling ball should arrive in new condition. Better packaging could have prevented this and would have made for a much better customer experience. I hope more attention is given to packaging in the future because the mystery ball concept is great, but products should arrive in the condition customers expect.

I changed from 15lb to 14lbs balls to help my knees and to be able to get back my ball speed. Jimmy help me pick out the right selection of 4 Bowling balls. Andrew was and is always knowledgeable with my equipment. He drilled all 4 bowling balls and had me out the door in 30 to 45 minutes. Great company and great knowledge!
Tim is awesome! He measured me and got me the perfect new bowling ball, bowling shoes and glove to start bowling again, he is very professional, helpful, listens and gets you the right gear at a great price!
