Horrible quality and horrible production time
Horrible production time and horrible product quality. There was no product proof sent over to me to review like with most companies and no indication from then that the resolution was not good enough. I was given the estimation date, which would be 10 production days, but then had to wait a weekend and 2 more business days. This is for a product that I wholesale. As an artist, this now makes my product look horrible! I was going to take these to a trade show, but now have little wiggle room to solve the problem.

The payment experience was poor
The payment experience was poor. Our enterprise-level company was required to pay a $4,000+ order by credit card, which is not something we have encountered with professional vendors. To receive an ACH invoice, we were asked to complete a form and share sensitive company financial information via email. Production does not begin until payment is made in full. While this approach may work for smaller or early-stage businesses, it creates friction for enterprise customers. If the company intends to retain enterprise clients, these payment practices should be reconsidered.
