Great sampling options, very easy customization and design process, and helpful and responsive customer service!

Do not give this company a chance.

I specifically asked this company to confirm that their print quality would be better than Packlane and even sent examples of the print issues we are trying to avoid on our boxes. They assured me the boxes would be top quality. Our boxes from Box Genie showed up with worse versions of the exact same problems. The boxes had blotchty color, lines all over the box with lighter colors. There were random red stripes that were not in our design (there is no red in our design at all). The boxes were also made of noticeably low quality cardboard and had glue in random places. I contacted support to get a refund or replacement and they ghosted me for weeks at a time all while claiming their team reviewed our order multiple times and it was within their quality standards. It has now been 2.5 months since we received the original boxes and they just last week sent samples of our box in other materials to review for a replacement. The samples they sent are even worse quality and the support agent claimed the whole company had a meeting to review them and they were all very happy with the quality. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company in over 15 years of running a business. Save your money and your time and just find someone else to print your boxes.

Everything I Needed and Super Outcome

The platform was easy to use and create the box for my newest product. The box was the perfect size and the color came out true and perfect to my brand. A very nice person from Box Genie was available to help when I need it and I found the whole process a no pressure situation. I'll return to Box Genie for all my box needs and especially to re-order my current box when needed. Oh, the price was fantastic. I saved over 50% from all other companies that I talked to and that was huge for my small business.

I had a great experience with Box Genie, first of all being able to create a custom sized box for our purposes was valuable for our event. Next, Lynn from the customer service team helped me quite a bit because the delivery date wasn't completely clear when I ordered. She stayed on top of it and helped me get my order on time. Success!

BoxGenie Scam Warning

As others have said, I would be warned about this company. I have had many issues with them and should have stopped using them last time but they sweet talk you into fake fixes and then, screw you over again and again. They messed up my last order so they issued me a future credit (should have just been a refund but they're shady like that), and then, they tried to forget about adding that on when I made a new order. Then! They were upset the price dropped so they tried to add more in but I noticed and made them fix it. They finally said ok and I was happy they did but what did they do!? They just dropped the quality of the box to be totally different than my last order as a way for them to profit more with the discount applied. They are extremely shady. They also say you have to could thousands of boxes and inspect them for any damages or else it wont be covered. I am now having to dispute this with my credit card because they ghosted me after telling me to accept the order and that they would fix it. Shady shady shady all around, AVOID!

Perfect precision and exactly what I needed

I just received my custom mailer boxes and I am honestly blown away. This was a five star experience from start to finish. The build quality is fantastic, but the precision is what really stands out to me. I have dealt with custom packaging before, but the accuracy here is on another level. It felt spot on down to the 1/16th of an inch. My product fits exactly how I envisioned it, which is such a relief. The on screen design platform was incredibly reliable too. What I saw on my screen during the design process is exactly what showed up at my door. Plus, the boxes arrived precision cut and ready to go. I did not need to make a single adjustment or extra cut. The folds were perfectly pressed and made the assembly process effortless. If you are looking for packaging that matches your design perfectly and saves you time on assembly, I cannot recommend them enough. I will definitely be coming back for my future orders.

When ordering the box, the only button available is "order now and upload the design later".. the "design your box" button that appears in your "how to download template" explainer video doesn't appear. Very clunky and not user friendly.

Great Experience

This was by far the quickest custom box design I have ever done. There are so many box types and sizes as well as a very user friendly interface to design the custom box. They even have a 3D rendering with full 360 view of the box. I would highly recommend this service.
