I recently ordered a sample Mailer Box for my business that was about to launch. Although the price is fair and they offer a first time purchase 20% off discount, I was very disappointed in the quality of the product and delayed customer service replies. When I went to design the mailer box, I found their design platform to basically be useless and very challenging to use. Their customer service agent offered to help me with this, which I appreciated. In receiving the sample (which cost $50 and took about 5 days to arrive), I was disappointed with the poor printing job. The color was completely off-- it had and white specs in my brand logo and blue lines throughout. I immediately asked for a refund and Box Genie offered a replacement and admitted this was their error. I did not have the time to wait for an additional sample box and asked again for a refund. I sent several emails and was then ignored for several weeks. After following-up yet again, I was then told that although it was their error, that a refund would not be issued. Very disappointing in their quality and customer service.

This is our second time ordering boxes for our shop. Last time we just did a craft box with black ink, but this time we did a white box with a lot of color. Both times the boxes have turned out great!
