Maintenance of jewelry over years
I just received my engagement ring, wedding band, and my husband’s wedding band back from Brian Gavin and team after sending them in for maintenance and polishing. I am so happy to have them back and looking just like new despite years of use! Working with Emily is always so pleasant. I appreciate being able to have a long term relationship with a jeweler I can trust to not only design and execute beautiful pieces, but keep them well-maintained over the years in a hassle-free manner. I had a very good experience with the custom lab diamond working with Katie. They do really great work, are very responsive, and take pride in what they do.
Seamless experience. I'm based in the UK and a lovely lady called Emily helped me over emails and call to choose both the engagement for my fiancée and our wedding bands. The service was IMPECCABLE. Emily was responsive, gave great advice and was never pushy. She had all my best interest in mind and did not push for the bigger stone or most expensive option. Always fair and with great judgment. I had a specific model made, and Emily was extremly helpful and precise with the process and the different steps.
World class service for a world class jeweler. Needless to say the engagement ring is PERFECT and everything my fiancée was expecting. And the quality of the diamond is just insane. I'd highly recommend BGD for anyone looking for a top 0.1% cut diamond and a top notch and trustworthy service. Even 4000 miles away!!!

40th Wedding Anniversary Gift
I purchased a diamond ring with a custom setting from Brian Gavin Diamonds for our 40th. I could not be happier with the final product. The diamond was a signature cut and the characteristics are superb. I was skeptical shopping online for such an important purchase and I was inclined to go with a bigger online name. At first my inquiries with them were curiosity and information gathering, but dealing with their customer service felt right and their signature series diamonds also comes with an ASET report, which I learned is a very valuable report when choosing a diamond. In the end, I was glad I chose Brian Gavin Diamonds.

I bought a lovely diamond tennis necklace, but my daughter said it wasn't her style, so I reached out about a return. Everyone was as friendly and helpful as if I was making a purchase. I was a bit nervous and a little worried, but they provided a shipping label, detailed instructions, and let me know as soon as it was received. So rest easy that they have your back no matter what!

Everything from shopping the website to receiving the package was top-notch and as advertised. Packaging was first rate with extra security measures and shipping was extremely fast and efficient. Overall presentation was outstanding and very classy. All in all it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
One million stars! Great customer service and the pendant was stunning and so well made! The only thing I found annoying is that because it's a fixed stone on the chain, it's off-center on my neck at times unlike sliding pendants. Regardless I still love it! Thank you!

Can’t stop looking at my right hand
Shopped for my first lab diamond at lots of online vendors for a present to myself and finally found my diamond from Brian Gavin. I just had it set
locally and it is absolutely gorgeous. I didn’t really NEED a D IF clarity but it was priced so reasonably so why not? Even the jeweler was impressed . Shout out to Emily for great customer service I am so pleased and hope to add to the sparkle again..maybe a necklace. :)

Diamonds Beyond Compare and Exceptional Service at Competitive Pricing
I had shopped the other major online dealers before discovering Brian Gavin. The website has the best photos and videos of their diamonds. I was looking for an exceptionally well cut diamond with perfect Hearts and Arrows. Brian Gavin’s Black Selection has the finest diamonds you will find anywhere with stunning and unique settings. My finished engagement ring and matching band were breathtaking and beyond compare! The communication was personal, detailed, and very helpful. The Better Diamond Earrings!
This was my first time ordering diamonds from Brian Gavin. The shopping experience and delivery experience were Great. The diamonds are stunning! Very beautiful. My wife and I love her earrings.
Did a lot of research on diamonds for an engagement ring which led me to Brian Gavin ( I chose a stone from the Black by Brian Gavin line). I have a lot of respect for the sheer amount of transparency & information they give you about each diamond (complete specifications, all cut measurements, angles, 360 imaging showing light characteristics, inclusions, magnifications, etc). With this I could choose an optimal diamond that went above and beyond GIA and AGS standards (like optimal cut spec ranges) as many characteristics can still vary immensely within the same rating.
Price was great, especially when you compare what you are actually getting if you’re someone who obsesses over little details and quality that others may not notice or care. The stone and setting priced out about $1500 cheaper than the standard jewellers around for similar stone AGS or GIA ratings, and these spots don’t provide the complete cut measurements and etc. (Probably not used to people asking but still).
Lastly, the customer service was exceptional. I had way too many questions and requests to be considered an easy customer. Katie Homuth was the consultant that helped me throughout the month long back and forth process of picking a diamond and setting, and her level of service is another big part of why I would recommend Brian Gavin.

Great product, Mediocre Service
The product is fabulous and arrived as amazing as other items I have bought. My gripe about the service is that you purchase the item and they tell you it will be shipped two day. But after you purchase, you have no idea how long until it will ship and they provide no easy way (I could find) to contact them to find an estimated delivery date. I sent an inquiry via the general mailbox but no one ever followed up with me via that account.
I ordered the bracelet for my daughters 30th birthday! I knew she'd want the yellow gold and because it was out of stock customer service was great at their quick response when it would be back in stock. The entire process was awesome! The bracelet is gorgeous!!!!
