Exceptional customer service. Emily has been there holding my nervous hand from day one. She had opportunities to upsell but was honest and sincere...I couldn't help but change my mind over and over, ask a million questions, then ...just one more. We're actually in the middle of the process I couldn't imagine any other company give such support during an emotional purchase. I can't wait to show pictures. My husband upgraded my engagement and wedding rings...it was his intention from day one since the original set was an afterthought. haha. It's more than jewelry, he's sick, so the true meaning behind it is forever and all eternity, long before it should be. Love.

This was my first time buying a diamond online. Prior to working with Brian Gavin Diamonds, I had been finding it really challenging because I couldnt see any of the stones in person. Just because a diamond seems perfect on paper, doesnt mean its going to perform well and be a stunner! Enter BGD (and Emily, who was amazing to communicate with throughout the entire process)- I chose them because of their excellent reputation for quality and service. Brian is legendary as a cutter. The diamond Emily ended up helping me select was exactly what we were looking for, and I loved that they even go the extra mile to assess and approve gems theyre representing, even when theyre not part of their "in-house"/"on hand" collection. Thats honestly what won me over; we had been deliberating between two different diamonds (one from BGD, one from another online seller) and knowing Brian Gavin and team would quality check it and tell me if it was going to be a great performer or not meant everything to us! I will 100% continue to buy from them because of this. Zero stress, max confidence 👍🏼 Thank you!

I love my ring. But I can’t wear.

I received a set of three—the Hana Six-Prong and two Hana Matching Bands—as a gift from my husband. While they are stunning, wearing all three together feels quite tight. Also, if you are taking any medication that causes swelling, I highly recommend sizing up. I'm currently on medication and my fingers are too swollen to wear them comfortably. Even for a two-ring stack, ordering a slightly larger size would be better.I ask them to resize but I am not sure they can do it. I am so sad.

This is the second time I’ve shopped with Brian Gavin. The first time was ten years ago when I was planning to propose to my wife. Katie at BG helped me then and that engagement ring is the most spectacular piece of jewelry I’ve seen still today. This time Katie helped me again(!), reaching out immediately when she saw I had started looking at jewelry for Christmas/ten-year anniversary. She worked quickly to find something that would work for me. She arranged everything and got a pair of beautiful diamond earrings to me quickly and safely. I cannot say enough about the customer service and quality at Brian Gavin, and I will be a customer for life I have no doubt.

I found Brian Gavin Diamonds while doing research into the best quality LG diamonds in the U.S. market. I had very specific ideas about the size and shape of the diamond I wanted, and both Lesley and Katie displayed utmost patience in working with me to find the right stone. I was originally planning to have a local jeweler create the finished ring, but I enjoyed working with Lesley so much that I decided to have Brian make it. Once again, both Lesley and Brian extended utmost service and patience as we narrowed down the design, the side stones, the hand engraving and every single detail of this one-of-a-kind ring. Or, "piece" as Lesley calls it. And that's what it is. A piece of fine art made just for me. The gorgeous custom packaging will surely make your beloved (or yourself ;) gasp with delight when it arrives, as I did. I'm just delighted with my ring and can't recommend Brian Gavin and his team enough.
