I can’t say enough about the Brian Gavin team. 8 years ago they crafted my wife’s engagement ring - more a work of art than jewelry on which she received countless compliments. Flash forward to two months ago and my wife unfortunately lost her ring - heartbreaking experience. I reached back out to Brian Gavin and to my surprise and delight I was again dealing with the same team and the same commitment to excellence and craftsmanship. They were able to recreate my wife’s ring and turn heartbreak to joy. A special shout out to Emily - she was wonderful to work with once more.

Brian Gavin Diamonds came strongly recommended by a coworker. I was searching for an engagement ring, as I as was proposing to my now-fiancé. Emily was my order specialist, and she walked me through all my options (a process that I started at completely zero with my limited knowledge of jewelry). In the end, my fiancé loves the product, and I also bought the follow-on wedding band through their services. Good educational services, no pushiness, and excellent products. I enjoyed my experience with them!

You cannot beat the customer service from Brian Gavins. Katie was so helpful in explaining the 4 C’s. I loved being able to see the actual diamond online thatI was getting and choosing it. This was my third purchase for a diamond from Brian Gavins actually having purchased 4 as i choose 2 beautiful

After extensive research spanning several months —analyzing hundreds of diamonds and settings — I decided to purchase my diamond ring from Brian Gavin. It was clear to me that they offer the best options and charge a fair price for what they provide.
Once the purchase was made, I faced a new challenge: I had to receive the product before the standard delivery deadline. I had little hope of making it happen, but I contacted Brian Gavin and received outstanding service from Katie, a diamond consultant. She gave my request her full attention and, together with Lesley, went the extra mile to ensure my order arrived on time. And it did, making a reality what I thought was nearly impossible to achieve.

Beautiful ring, but quality issues required multiple remakes
I ordered an engagement ring from Brian Gavin and, while the final ring is nice, the process was not as smooth as expected.
The first ring arrived with a band that was thinner than advertised, so it had to be remade. When I received the new one, there were visible scratches, which meant sending it back again for polishing. Altogether, this led to multiple shipments and added stress in the days leading up to my wedding.
To their credit, their team was responsive and did provide a partial refund in the end. I do wish there had been proactive follow-up after the remakes to make sure everything was fully resolved.
In the end, the final ring was fine, but the overall experience wasn’t as smooth as I had hoped.
