One of the best services I have EVER worked with - honestly. British Passport Pro took the helm and navigated me through the process from start to finish: quickly, efficiently and painlessly. They provide updates and alerts along the way. I'm so impressed - and so thankful. I would take an oath to affirm and confirm my personal experience - complete satisfaction.
Sending very important documents to somebody and trusting is a very stressful, scary situation. However, Zana and his company proved to be 100% trustworthy. He walked me through the process - which he actually made seem easy - and my new passport arrived in less than two weeks. I am extremely grateful for such a helpful service.
Hadn't heard of the organization until a could of weeks ago. Checked out ratings online and decided to give it a go. Called and was struck by how open, instructive and professional Zana came across. He advised that I should expect my passport within a few weeks. 10 days later it arrived. Both impressed and very happy with the service. I would recommend British Passport Pro any day of the week!
