There was a period of 24 hours when a service member did not respond to my questions about a ticketing delay of greater than 72 hours. Once I received a response, the team was informative and understanding with clear communication.

I was extremely impressed at first
I was extremely impressed at first, especially after I had to make a last minute change to my booking and they were very helpful. After paying a $350 cancellation fee they informed me I would then have a $2000 flight credit to be used within 6months - nearly 8months later I am still trying to get a response via email of how or when I can use this credit. I have emailed multiple times and phoned when I eventually found their number. Very dissapointing
