SCAM
I purchased a plane ticket but never received the issued ticket. Approximately 18 hours after making the purchase, I contacted customer support and was told they would provide an update within 4 hours. However, my flight was scheduled to depart in 12 hours, making the delay critical. After that conversation, I was unable to reach customer support again because every call to their phone number failed. I later received an email stating that the price of my ticket had increased and that I would need to pay additional money before the ticket would be issued. I never received the ticket I originally purchased and believe this was a deceptive business practice. I'm sure the 'business owner' will reply to my review (as they did with others) and deny the problem and/or state they resolved it, but that's not true. Listen to your gut, don't purchase from this website.

Dear customer, we do not aim to deny issues but it is true that with last minute bookings, we are dependent on the airlines to issue in a timely fashion and it can be a challenge to escalate with them outside of business hours. Upon checking, your confirmation email clearly states that this flight is operated by United. A manager has reached out to assist but there is a call restriction on your end, so we cannot reach you. We've sent an email instead. Please reach out to us so we can get on the same page, as we see that you have been rebooked for tomorrow.

Thank you for taking such good care of our daughter! She is camping in Greenland and without cell service. For me, booking was a breeze and Michael was delightful. I felt like I was talking with a neighbor! Our daughter works for Google and travels all over the world for fun. We will definitely use your company more often. The agent in the support team Marrion Villa was kind and attentive to our issue. The computer system form that we filled out was very hard to naviagate and our names were not correct on the ticket. However Marrian did a great job of sorting it all out.
