My worst mistake was ordering from the site. I typically make my purchase at the box office. The fees that they charge is outrageous. Had I made my purchase at the box office , I would have saved over $120

It was very efficient. This was my first purchase for tickets for a Broadway performance (to accompany my first trip to New York City as part of a Road Scholar tour. I was able to find everything I was looking for quickly and easily. Thank you for making it easy.
Easy process to purchase
I'd like some way to identify if there are stairs or steps to my seat from entry. I couldn't easily find that. The process of buying a ticket was good, thanks.
2FA for foreign cell numbers not working
All good. but you can't manage orders using a foreign cell number since it doesn't send a text for the 2FA. Otherwise no problem.
It’s easy to use
It’s easy to use. But it also said there were cheaper tickets, which i never saw. I was ordering tickets 5 months from now, and even when I ordered tickets in December for my daughter, for March (3 1/2 months) I could find the less expensive tickets.

Easy to use
Easy to use. Like the "seat view" feature and that Broadway.com now accepts Klarna so I can purchase tickets in advance and pay off as the day approaches. Makes Broadway tickets accessible to everyone and avoids scalpers. Thank you!

The website is easy to navigate and makes sense. The theatre seats are easily navigated and selected. And the paying by credit card or whichever method you choose operates flawlessly. My tickets arrived in my mailbox within seconds of completing the order
Very user-friendly website
We could only go to a matinee on our one full day in NY and your website clearly stated the times available, how long the play lasted and what our view from our seats looks like.
