I ordered compression gloves from them using the online chart to find my size. They arrived quickly and are a perfect fit.

Ordering the product was simple. Regular delivery shipping takes a bit longer.
I ordered a thumb hand splint. I like the product but wish they made it clear that it is for a right-handed person. I use the brace for my left hand the the padding is on the top. I wish they made one for left -handed people.

Just as a helpful note, the splint can be worn on either hand by turning it inside out, so you may find that gives you a more comfortable fit for your left hand. If you have any questions about adjusting it, we'd be happy to help.

Jean K on the customer service team is fantastic. I measured my hand wrong and ordered compression gloves way to too small. I submitted online for the RMA number to do an exchange, but I didn't hear anything back for a while. I emailed customer service and Jean responded to me immediately. She was so kind, apologetic, and got the new new gloves shipped really fast. No apology necessary though. For some time I was looking for product to help with my middle finger I injured from bowling. I tried using various type of tapes and couldn't help healing. With the Kinetic Finger, I'm able to wear it on a normal basis and I'm able to use it when I'm bowling. It feels good and I highly recommend it.
