We have been with Brunswick since we started our law firm 13 years ago. They have always been very responsive and patient with us as we discussed our risks and our needs. I cannot recall a time when we did get a response within a day after any of our inquiries.

Ms. Kelley Wisor was outstanding I must state she was very helpful with assisting me to obtain a surety bond when I was denied by other companies. It was a real pleasure who made my process a whole lot easier so I could be the personal representative of my mother's estate. I rate her a 10.

Last week my business, General Contractors & Roofing LLC, was put in a bind by the City of Cleveland. Normally we could just have a bond emailed to the permit department . . . but nooooooo . . . they wanted a notarized hard copy and I had to have the project built by Friday. I needed to find a local company. With a Google search, the Brunswick Companies popped up near the top of the first page. I called and got connected to Kelley at the front desk who immediately connected me to Kelley Wiser a Sr, Account Exec.
Kelley completely understood my dilemma and was familiar with exactly what I needed for Cleveland. I filled out the documentation Kelley/Brunswick needed, emailed it back, got approved, and picked up the bond the following morning.
I believe I told Kelley that I know that I will need other bonds for other cities in the future and NOW I have a local business that I will use and recommend.
